Is CryoSlim Fat Freeze Safe?

CryoSlim Fat Freeze is considered to be a safe and effective weight loss treatment. There is zero downtime and it's non-invasive.  However, as with any medical procedure, there are some risks associated with it. These risks include skin irritation, redness, and numbness.


What do I need to do to prepare for a CryoSlimming Fat Freeze session?  


  • Avoid eating or drinking all kinds of sugar (including starch) for at least 4-5 hours before your session. Instead, eat proteins and vegetables.

  • Wear comfortable clothing that offers easy access to the target areas.

  • Avoid exercising or any exhausting physical activity right before going into the session. Strenuous physical activities produce excessive heart in your body, making the procedure less effective.


  • After the CryoSlim fat freeze session, you need to ensure that you develop a healthy lymphatic system to prolong and maintain the effects of your therapy. Walking is an excellent way to keep your lymphatic system active and in good health.

  • Drink water equal to at least half of your body weight, in ounces. Once you’re able to drink that much, increase it by two glasses every day.

  • If possible, go to an infrared sauna 72 hours after your session and sweat yourself. This helps get the cells active and increases the efficacy of your CryoSlim fat freeze treatent.

How often should you do CryoSlim Fat Freeze treatment?


The usual frequency is 1 treatment every 14 days. In some cases this can be reduced to 10 days by the addition of additional drainage treatment but is not necessarily recommended. There is a physiological reason for this: when apoptosis occurs and some fat cells die, waste is formed.  It takes time for your body to get rid of the waste and fat cells.
